The ad showed a fake version of Speed promoting a promo code linked to a “blockchain casino.”

It was filmed in front of the same backdrop as a real video he shot for GQ, which is how scammers were able to make it look convincing.

iShowSpeed had zero involvement.

His cameraman Slipz confirmed it immediately online, calling the ad illegal and promising legal action.

This is the first time a fake AI celebrity casino ad aired on a major sports TV network during a live broadcast.

The scam works the same way every time, and it always starts with someone you trust.

First you have links to fake iShowSpeed casino sites that get shared through Discord, Instagram, WhatsApp, and X.

The Deposit Trap

If you take the risk and click on one of those links, you land on the website and after you sign up you immediately see some money waiting for you.

On Clarix.cc, one user reported getting a $250 welcome bonus and watching their balance grow to $25,000 in about 5 hours.

Sounds great. Until you try to withdraw.

The site then asks for a $100 deposit to verify your identity before releasing any funds.

That deposit is the trap.

Once you send it, they ask for more.

And the money never comes out.

The moderator of Reddit channel r/onlinegambling confirmed it directly: “That site is a scam.”

What to Do If You Got Scammed?
